Prices were indeed odd. $80 for a second half Kmart shelf that is $40 brand new. But also some cheapish craft supplies, furniture, and homewares.
Well laid out but an offerings were bit sparse and prices were on the moderate to higher side for a typical second hand store. The staff were lovely though and there was a decent wide range of usual op shop items One potential issue is that they have the car park blocked off including the accessible car spots, while there is street parking available those with mobility issues may struggle on this front if they can't get a close spot (it's was quite busy when I was there at 11am). It would be a good if they could open the car park even for just disability accessible car spots (and possibly parents spots).
Street parking only on Sunday (not sure about other days). Today was "nothing over $50" . I didn't find anything but plenty of people grabbing bargains. Huge warehouse style store with heaps of old furniture, bric a brac, camping and household stuff. Not a big selection of clothing (in massive bins), but it is well organised and staffed.
Clean and airy. Heaps of space to move around. The quality is less than other op shops but price is fair.
Great concept. Items rescued at council tips, sorted & set out for resale at a tip shop. Interested to know where the money people spend onsite ends up, considering council fees, rates etc continue to rise. Very large op shop. Parking is all street parking but seeing as the shop only operates on a sat & sun I had no issue getting parking very close by. Considering the size if you aren't looking for specific items & just having a wander/ gander, give yourself time here. There is lots catered for, more home/ useful items as opposed to clothing dominating the space as you might find in suburban op shops. There were a few sections, when I visited that were rather cluttered but I imagine that depends on what comes in from the tip on a weekly basis. Pricing was definitely all over the place
