Vinnies Croydon

Had the most wonderful experience at the Vinnies at Croydon on Friday! A lovely lady at the counter- very welcoming and helped me find what I needed. Then a younger girl came over, that i saw was the manager- came over and said "oh I have more like that out the back". It really helps to know your stuff. Lovely ladies. Will be back again!

I was unable to even make it thru the front door before the rude and miserable woman working behind the front counter snarled at me ‘you can’t bring that in here-leave it outside’ referring to my e-scooter. Slightly discriminatory I feel, when the woman being served at the counter was pushing a double stroller. I also tried to explain to the woman who refused my entry, that I hadn’t intended on leaving it in the doorway, instead was going to walk it thru with me as I shopped and cooled down (being 36 degrees outside). Incredibly disappointing for a shop that is supposed to be inclusive. Will not return

I found a nice seed dress here to wear to work and it was only $10, very happy about that. I’ve always heard that this store was expensive but after coming here and seeing for myself, I found them quite reasonable and cheap.

This store is a treasure trove of preloved goodies, and I'll definitely be back. Keep up the fantastic work, Vinnies team!

Very overpriced and things are arranged 'higgeldy piggeldy'. I heard them saying to someone that they are trying to appear boutique like. However, I would prefer things laid out in sizes than colour. It is very confusing. I'm finding that a lot of Vinnies shops are like this now. Try going next door to the Salvos. Better layout and more stock.
