Stopped in when passing through Wanganui on the off chance I’d find a wee Kilt treasure, and not only did I leave with a lovely dress I left with an even better experience. Emily was just lovely and so helpful today as I tried different dresses on. She adjusted buttons for me and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Emily for your help today. You are a credit to the Kilties Team.
Popped into the outlet shop in Whanganui and received such outstanding service from Emily that I felt compelled to review. The welcome when I entered the store was warm and friendly. When I mentioned that I was wanting something specific, Emily listened and then offered me a number of suitable garments to try on. Emily was thoughtful, nothing was too much trouble and I came away feeling I had been shopping with a friend. Above and Beyond, thank you.
Wonderful experience. Lois is really helpful & knows the stock that was hanging up at the time, what might & might not fit my curves & what colours would suit my complexion. There were many big boxes of clothes waiting to be unpacked and I was a little jealous of what might be inside those boxes! I certainly had FOMO 🤣. Wheelchair accessible. Paying street parking outside.
