Absolute rubbish, can't speak for the rest of their staff but atem is the most useless person!! Try schedule an appointment and he either doesn't call or doesn't call and the time set then blames you for not making the appointment. On-top of it all there is no compassion, help or honestly even a desire to help you through your tough situation. My whole interaction with atem has been horrible, from the first time I spoke to him, all I felt was like I was a burden on him. And that he didn't even want to help. And to top it all off after all that stuff happening and not even getting to a proper appointment he sends and email stating that he assumes my financial trouble is sorted and wipes his hands with me. Ablsoulty disgusted and now I don't know what to do with my situation, I'm stuck and lost as i was relying on uniting to help me through this difficult time

The only place I have and this is over a 20 year period. Sadly. However the support, the strength& if they couldn't they ensured I was directed & made sure of action and I have been very fortunate!

The regular check-ins, the budgeting help, the kindness, the patience, the correspondence between myself and a company and the quick time frame he achieved our desired goal in was impeccable. Great parcel / foods shoppings, availability for Centrelink people that you can take home lots of food with you but only once a month. Nice people. Very very nice. People.
