Ok everyone needs to do their research. Good Sammy is the epitome of equal opportunity employer, so much so that their staff are generally 80% people on a disability spectrum which does mean that everyday, and especially, retail interactions might look or feel a bit different. The people who are complaining about the experience obviously need to get out of the house more and interact with a more colourful myriad of people. The workers at Good Sammy are doing a great job, and are only following the instructions that are outlined in their training. Would choose again

Good range of clean clothing as well as books and bric a brac. The Gold range gives the opportunity to find new or near-new clothing at bargain prices. The staff are always pleasant and helpful, and the shop is clean. Keep up the good work, you do a great job.

The staff here really do an AMAZING job at keeping the store tidy and organised. It’s so easy to find what you’re looking for! The extra effort they put in really makes a noticeable difference :) definitely my favourite op shop to visit and has been for years. They’re also very friendly and helpful! A really stand out team !
