I visited this store on Tuesday 19 May at around 3pm and unfortunately experienced very disappointing customer service. I waited at the counter for over five minutes without being acknowledged or served. I then approached a staff member who was hanging clothing to ask a simple question, however she came across as quite rude and seemed either stressed or unhappy to be there. As a local store, I would expect a more welcoming and professional level of customer service. I didn’t catch the staff member’s name, but I hope this feedback can be used constructively to improve the customer experience moving forward.

This is a charity shop run by volunteers while they do great work for the community. I feel a lot of the merchandise that is donated. It’s just way overpriced. I think they need to seriously look at this.
