Over priced for 2nd hand goods. Customer service is zero. No smile or welcome greeting, as if owner/Manager does not enjoy being there. Only converses with the customers, when one approaches the counter for queries. He would engender much needed good will, if delivery charges were free within a 5k or 10k radius of the store. Charging $20 to deliver the to only 1 kilometre away is a rip off. Surprised he is still trading.

We have just moved to Napier, we rent a unfurnished house, we come to this shop to look for some furnitures, I got almost everything we need from sofa, cafe table, bed, dryer and some shelves. This is a big store, selling a large range of furnitures and some housewares such as washing machines, fridges, dryers and dish washers etc. The products have from low to high quality. The prices are acceptable. The staff are friendly and helpful. They do the delivery twice a week that is on Tuesday and Friday.
