That’s 100% because of the manager, Troy. From the moment you walk in, Troy greets you with the biggest, most genuine smile. He remembers your name, asks how you’ve been, and actually cares about the answer. He treats every single customer like family — not in that fake retail way, but in the real, warm, “I’ve got your back” kind of way. Whether I’m hunting for a bargain, donating a big load, or just popping in for a chat, he makes the whole experience feel special. Troy is the heart and soul of that store. Good clean Salvos with a high turnover due to its accessibility. Missing the art of the hunt, it's not really one of those rummaging opshops or a shop for creative's with limited vintage or quirky eccentric finds. High quality stock but more mainstream with basic displays and great bargains.
