Worth a visit!! Starting with their window display, it was on the week of Anzac day, they did a beautiful job turning their 2x display windows to display some items for sale that are vintage and antique and to showcase local heritage with the Anzacs, some much time and effort was put in there. Shop is big, so make sure you have time to explore, there is a little bit of everything in there. Prices, for a Lifeline, there were very reasonable. There were some goodies priced on the high end, but was not the majority, you will certainly find great goodies at an affordable or reasonable price. Volunteers were brilliant to deal with. I hope to be back soon :D
The best out of the 3 op shops in Camden main st. Prices are always on the lower end. Occasionally there are some things which are priced higher but it’s rare. Friendly staff and good mixture of items.
Great prices across most items. A few things the staff have deemed valuable are priced higher but not anything too excessive. Mugs for 50c, glasses for $1, books for $3 for example. Great selection of homewares, books, toys, clothing, accessories and shoes.
This is an inviting store with friendly staff and an interesting range of household items, ranging from clothing to decorations and cookware. Most of what's on sale is well-looked after and vetted, so that you can have confidence that what you're purchasing will not fall apart the second you leave the store. Of personal interest was a neat stainless steel set of mugs that I purchased for ~$30, of which the quality appeared much higher. This is a microcosm of the whole store. Everything is very cheap! Importantly, you will find something in this place that is lost in many of your large commercial retail outlets; character. Many items are quirky and personal, and can provide a snippets into what our culture was in previous decades, which can make browsing itself a satisfying experience.
I shopped here for the first time today. The store is well laid out, clean and tidy. Items are displayed with care and it's easy to navigate around the aisles. The ladies serving today were very friendly and helpful. I was happy to buy and also happy to make an extra donation. 5 Stars For Sure.
