Bought a bookshelf & couldn’t get around to picking it up until this week (upon checking my receipt it was bought last week). They are only open 2 days a week so I figured they would be understanding on sorting out transport to collect. My item was sold - which I understand can happen as items are only “held” with a piece of tape. However, when requesting a refund for the item that was sold, we were spoken to horribly. “Items must be picked up the same day” - when I bought it, the staff member told me I could come in any day as long as it was Tuesday or Friday. I’m actually appalled and was brought to tears on the way home by the way I was spoken to by staff members, when all I requested was a $20 refund. Do better.
Great for second hand items. Be early though as the bargains go fast.
Great place to grab a bargain. Free entry and lots to see. Plenty of parking but can get busy. Bit of a line up to pay for your purchases. Pretty happy with a huge cat carrier for $4 in excellent condition.
