Sold some PC parts. Customer service was great. Price for the parts was a little underwhelming given the soaring costs of RAM and HDDs right now.
Have been buying games and the like for a while from the guys here and have never had an issue with the games. Purchased a second hand PS3, which developed the yellow light of death within a few months of ownerships. Returned the console with the receipt and the guys were only too happy to help with an exchange. I think too many people expect brand new and flawless machines when purchasing second hand. Sometimes you gett lucky, if not, look after things and they will see you actually care about what you bought. We are lucky to have dedicated shops, such as these, and a bit of respect to the staff goes a long, long way. Will continue to buy well into the future! Been great rebuilding my old games library!
Never had any issues selling or buying from CEX. Store is clean and well stocked. Great selection of products. Staff are always welcoming, friendly and helpful.
