I really enjoyed coming here, the staff were friendly when I walked in and I had the time to look around at each space. I really enjoyed the art pieces I saw, I wish I drove in so I could get them!
My Dead Grandpa is an essential pilgrimage for collectors, operating as a high-density collective of over 50 vendors under one efficient, centralized checkout. The layout is intelligently partitioned: a dedicated vintage apparel wing (ranging from "seriously cheap" basics to curated "Medusa Vintage" pieces) transitions into a deep-catalog media and hobby section. Inventory Highlights: Gaming & Media: A standout selection of retro cartridges (N64, SNES) and bagged comics. Most high-value items are housed in glass display cases. Collectibles: Extensive "Funko Pop" walls and a surprisingly deep vintage camera/lens department for analog enthusiasts. Logistics: The warehouse-style space is ventilated but dense; first-time visitors should allocate 90+ minutes to navigate the sub-sections like "Badlands Marketplace" and "Urban Relics." The centralized payment system is the "killer feature" here, allowing you to pool finds from multiple independent stalls into a single transaction—a rarity for spaces of this scale.
When visiting friends in Adelaide we stumbled across the absolutely AMAZING place near our hotel! I fell in love with everything about it! So many beautiful things to see and experience! But when I arrived I instantly fell in love with these 1950s dining chairs! I mean in LOVE! But how could I get them to Sydney…..the owner JoAnne and the team there were just amazing! Helping me so much to get these into my home! They arrived today in perfect condition and will be the best addition! Thank you so much! And I will be back to check out more soon! Highly recommended a visit there and make sure you have time to look through all the beautiful items from furniture to kitchen items, clothes and more!
pretty interesting place. love that u can explore and many different brands and sellers. is also nice to have more alternative styling of fashion from new styles to older ones. also good range of music, toys, shoes and household items my only thing is that some things are not cheap or even to some, overpriced. but if youre looking for interesting pieces, this is for u. will definitely be coming back
This place is up there with any vintage/thrift shop I've been to interstate or overseas. So many unique and interesting things to check out, physical media (vinyl/CDs/DVDs), vintage brands & accessories, a coffee cart and 3 big fitting rooms.
