Customer service when I phoned in was poor. A lot of op shops can be strict in what clothing you hand in and was wanting a run down on their policy. I had gotten one word answers and zero care into what I was asking or wanting to know.
Not great. 3/5 things i wanted to buy were not priced and therefore the staff couldn’t sell them to me - the communication about the unpriced products was poor and a bit awkward to be honest. The items that were priced were very expensive for an op shop. Hiring staff that can appropriately price some random small items should be easy and is expected at an op shop, otherwise its kind of a waste of time.
Very friendly staff, great selection, spacious shop, and good music always playing
$30 for an old broken basket? $4 for a second hand plastic cup? $45 for a shell? Perhaps look at the reality of your prices and buyers… prepare to absolutely baulk, shake your head, gasp and laugh your way throughout your shopping experience… oh and if there’s an old plastic fork with no price on it you’re not allowed to buy it. How about $1? It’s not my fault the tag fell of but No. You can’t buy it. I was concerned that the lady at the counter could not add the items correctly and we almost got way overcharged.
Nice shop. Loads of stock. Reasonable prices. Not bargain prices. Staff not really friendly didn’t even say hello to us but definitely worth a visit
