I appreciate that the prices support the lifeline services. But when somebody walks into the shop on a winter's day in a pair of shorts and says I've been in shorts all week i just need to get warm please be more considerate. I thought I'd get a clean shirt while I was there as I'm in near rags but i can't afford to pay the prices. I kindly and politely mentioned to the lady that someone who's genuinely homeless can't afford these prices . Whilst I appreciate lifeline runs a service surely when you see a genuine need you could meet that need . If staff can't be empowered to make these type of decisions when there's a genuine case that they can see that they can help with then I think this needs to be addressed. I thought I'd get a clean shirt also but at $9 I had to put it back. I wonder if people know how this feels. Maybe they should try it sometime. I don't want to walk into a store and have to beg it's already enough humiliation that I can't afford to buy the clothes Just keep an eye out for people that look like they may need some help. The lady said the cost of deliveries and the cost of the van and everything is going up and I said yes but so is my choice between buying food or buying clothes.

Well presented store with a great variety of goods, everything from clothes to household items. The staff are friendly and helpful. A good place to find a good quality bargain or two.
