I went there yesterday and saw a mirror for $350 I understand they need to make a profit but I thought that was way too expensive. It was a beautiful full length mirror but everything is donated I don't thunk they should be able to price things that much. An op shop is where people go that can't afford to pay those expensive prices and are looking for a bargain.

I’ve found some great pieces here before and usually enjoy browsing. On my last visit, a really cool barbershop sign displayed in the top corner caught my eye 💈 it’s a real conversation-sparking piece. There wasn’t any indication of whether it was for sale, so I asked at the counter. The response felt dismissive, as though it was a question she was tired of answering. If it’s something customers regularly ask about, a small sign would make things clearer and avoid awkward interactions. Because of this experience, I’m giving three stars – I left feeling dismissed after what came across as a rude exchange.

Disappointed to see that I walked in store at 3:50 only to have a worker come up to me and say "we're actually closed." I asked, did you guys already close or will you be closing soon. She stated we're already closed. Clock on the wall above till showed it was 10 till 4. I Put what I was browsing at away, didn't make a fuss (although I felt as if she was lying) and left. I had a look online only to see there were a solid 10 minutes left until they were supposed to be closing. Could have gone back in and made a statement. But realized some people lack integrity and are better left to their own devices. Bad for customer service. Do better.
