I am here every week and for the first time today I was treated with rudeness. I was first in queue with a lady behind me, and the lady that was working serves the woman behind me (Which I didn’t care, the woman behind me had a newborn so fair enough serve her first) But then she tossed my receipt onto the counter and ignored me. The staff member working the front counter around 2:45pm was rude and dismissive. Management should reconsider their hiring and training standards if this is acceptable behaviour. Absolutely rude.

Went there for the 1st time today, I was very surprised they were open for the Christmas period. Store is clean and big, volunteers are kind, however you really need to look to try and find a bargain, in my opinion most clothes were quite overpriced (rivers, rockmans for $10+!!), same as their womens shoes and bags... kids stuff were okay, same as some of the miscellaneous decor items... sadly I believe all that pricing comes from the managers, it is just crazy now with the 2 big op shops, not everyone is a collector or reseller, some we go there to buy sustainable and affordable...

Not cheap but some items are nice and affordable. Leather boots are $20. Good quality boots with damaged under sole. Spend another $30 to change back sole. Look thoroughly before you buy. Rings are $2. Belts are $3. Clean and good condition products, better quality than Salvos nearby. Friendly service. Pretty far to walk from train station.
