Thought I'd have a quick browse and there's a lot of baby clothing, etc mens and ladies clothing. At the back of shop is the records, CDs, and DVDs all a dollar at that. I brought a Levis Puffer jacket which was at a bargain price. I find the prices reasonable compared to some Vinnies. The lady at the counter was friendly, and helpful.

OMG Gee Whizz - The Vinnies Garage Sale down behind the shop - how could we not know - apparently held once per season - absolute bargain central and if I say something’s a bargain then it is really, really cheap - enormous, astounding pile of exciting finds and bargains with most things 4 for $1 or, heaven forbid, the junk jewellery cartons which were 4 bags (with one or two or more items) for $2. Managed to spend $13, albeit including a ‘splurge’ on a vintage brooch from the shop for $6. Scented candles, an insulated water bottle, cable style luggage lock, gift bags, all brand new, stacks of jewellery after some concerted fossicking. We had such a lovely day

Worth a visit: Definitely! Price: Really fair prices, good to see! Range: A small amount of everything. No furniture. Store: Small to medium. Clean and tidy. Lovely staff.

I love Venus if you're ever in trouble and you need a hand. With food they will always help you you do not feel embarrassed to go there it's all done in private so no one else is watching you because people talk we all get down on our luck sometimes thank god 4 places like Vinnies I do not know what we would do without them
