Wonderful, dedicated people who very generously and kindly gave me $50 shop voucher to replace all my cups and glasses that got smashed in an incident where my cupboard shelf gave way. The ones in the financial assistance/family assistance section. Very friendly and polite. Big hearts. Carmel and the other nice lady. So was the gentleman who briefly conversed with me. I am very grateful, thank you. The 2 female volunteers serving in the shop were a little frazzled - not knowing how to use the till properly. I had gone slightly over and asked to put back items to which they didn't know how to remove from the total. And weren't as pleasant to deal with - especially the older lady, otherwise I would have left a review of 5 stars. Also pricing was weird. I picked up a glass - $1. Picked up the twin it was $2???? I also bought a doll and I think it was overpriced $15. Clothes are not cheap either. However, compared to a lot of other charity shops, prices reasonable. Vinnies has always been there for me throughout my life. I appreciate that.

Clothes are organised simply in tops, bottoms etc. there's no clear sizing organisation. Pretty annoying. Good selection of couches etc.

Ya Boi loves an Op Shop and this is a good one. Organised, clean and quiet. Friendly welcoming staff make it a pleasant visit although parking can be a nightmare. Ya Boi recommends if you can find a park. Things are mostly well 👍🏻

This store is well thought out, but they are aware of upmarket labels giving them upmarket prices. The downside is that 'down market' like big W etc are not marked down accordingly. In some cases, an item can be bought new at at those outlets cheaper than this store!

I picked up some excellent finds this morning. A large container to use as a dog water bowl at the Dicky Beach Shops. A tshirt for myself as well as a baby suit size 000 for my soon to be born granddaughter and some little shoes for the growing stages to come for a very reasonable total of of 19$ and I also had a new bracelet in this pile. An early rock beaded style, I loved it so much I wore it out of the store 😆 So, 7 items for $19, that's pretty amazing. Thank you to the staff and Vinnies itself!
