Vinnies in Epping is clean, spacious and well organised, It has a wonderful selection of items for sale at very reasonable prices. The staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming.
Just went in there again to see the lovely ladies I look forward to seeing every week. They always bring a smile to my face. Such joy CARE and always happy to help. They are very hard-working dedicating and always their willingness goes a long way. Really appreciate the support always have a five star experience with the store.
The only store that really smells like bad foot odour sadly despite the perfume theyve scattered around to try and cover it, it doesn't. Prices are ridiculous, unrealistic for donated second hand items that Vinnies received for FREE. Heard manager speak to a customer as though they can't drop their prices, even by a few dollars, like they are new goods?! What? Vinnies you got the items for FREE!Reminder: MOST people shop at Vinnies because they cannot afford new items, they are struggling. I truly think Vinnies and Salvos have dropped the ball you just seem like a retail business now, no longer a charity to help out people like me who cannot afford new anymore😕
This used to be my favourite Vinnies store. There is a lot of clothing but most is overpriced, stock would move faster if prices were lowered. Female manager is rude to staff and customers, openly complaining about being there.
It was ok. Lots to see and find good one in this shop! Like to take a drawer only $40 can't fit in my car :) All old ladies are helpful and good service 😀
