The prices are insanely high. I wouldn't begrudge them for not selling everything for only a couple of dollars, but we're talking about 90 dollars for a tatty jacket that probably sold new for 100. Op shops are supposed to be a place where people can buy affordable clothes and this place just isn't affordable. Then there's stuff like old skis for $200. Yes they're vintage, but that doesn't mean they're worth that much. Surely they get enough stock donated that they could sell things cheaper.
If you're used to Vinnies being full of dead people's clothes from the 1940s then the prices here may seem a little high. However, if you're from a youthful suburb where the thrift stores are filled with trendy items then this Vinnies is more for you. We snagged an amazing fur coat for $8 and this 2000 Sydney Olympics jacket was $100 under its true value! If you're on the way to the snow and need some cheap gear then make sure you stop in here.
