The staff at this Vinnies is quite rude but the store itself is well kept and everything is price neatly, the only problem is the size of the store itself but if you can come when it’s not busy would be better, the layout allows you to park on the side of the building or at the back and drop off your donations from the back entrance
Windows are always disappointing, I'm sure staff could open pintrest and get some eye catching ideas. Some Stock is old and still at original price, one plate has been there a year. Apart from the negatives, some positives from the store, is prices are reasonable and racks are full.
Vinnies Bentleigh offers a large range of second hand clothing, homewares and some new everyday essentials. The book section is lovingly curated. Kids books had a range of price points. Most clothing is quite basic but still functional. Prices reflect Vinnies generic price points. Service was plentiful and friendly.
I like the way Vinnies sell their own branded merchandise such as hankie sets, tea towels, dish drying mats, oven gloves, sponges, handtowels, face washers, throws, women and men's socks etc. I walked out with hankies for husband, and aside from throws, all the rest mentioned above for friends! I brought myself 3 books including one that is coming up in my book club, so that's a find! Worthwhile checking out particularly if after some basics for the home at a low price.
