VENLA resell+relove Mosman

Second timing trying this Venla Mosman & loosing money. I thought the first time it must have just been me & what I put forward, but upon researching further seems to be a common occurrence here & I should not have tried a second time. Utter waste of my time & money. Will not be trying for a 3rd attempt here. I let staff price my items, in which I made back ¼ of what I paid for the rack. Might be useful for Venla to put together a package of items that sell well & what doesn't. :)

I love visiting Venla whenever I come up to Sydney for work, because the sellers and the stock are always incredible, and I’ve gotten some of my favourite wardrobe items from here. The racks are always beautifully presented, the changerooms are great and the pricing is structured well. The items are always in great condition and I love having the option to shop sustainably. The last time I went to the store, I was taken aback at how unfriendly the staff are. I thought at the time perhaps I caught them at a strange time, but reading the rest of the comments on here, it seems to be a recurrent issue. I left the change room at 4:50, went to pay and was told they couldn’t take cash as they’d already closed the till. The staff member had seen me go into the change room and had been holding onto the other items (as it’s 5 garments at a time.) I was confused as to why they didn’t alert me at the time, as I had multiple items I wanted to purchase, and would have spent more money had I been offered the opportunity to do so. Might be worth having that flagged for future buyers so they are able to do so.

A small confession I haven’t done Venla Mosman for three years and I have to say my experience was absolutely fantastic. If not better it’s absolutely 110% improved. It was never bad anyway but I sold just under 30 things now have some lovely pocket money and I received exceptional service from all the staff especially from a Sabrina. It was just great. I highly recommend redoing if you haven’t like me done for a while. You’ll have the best experience. THANK YOU Venla Mosman x

Mosman venla has outstanding customer service I ever experienced for a very long time. I have sold my items so many times at one sales I made 5500 so it’s worth while selling your clothes with Venla. I had a fabulous experience with Venla Mosman. As it was my first time I chose the all inclusive package and it could not have been easier. The team were super responsive when I had questions and I loved that I could follow the sales daily on the app. I’ve previously done the Kirribilli Markers to sell clothing I was ready to move out of my closet and doing it through Venla so much easier and less expensive. Will do it again later in the year.
