It would be nice if you could hire security to move on homeless people and other undesirables. Also it's clear that soon they'll need to dig down to build underground parking. Population growth is such that there are regularly either no or nearly no spots.
Best Woolworths store around. Best pies and coffee in the shopping mall.
Thift Park sounds like a big Op Shop, but actually it's a good mini shopping centre for quick shops, convenient access from Nepean hwy unlike Southland, but they should remove every second speed hump, they're really too many.
Speaking from my experience (which is only walking, no driving), this place is perfect. If you want you can pass through the car park if you want. The shop selection is fine, but its not amazing.
Parking is not always easy; spots are close together and not a lot of room to back out. Woolworths is good but aisles are very long. A few other shops there which encourages people to go there and do a lot in one place.
