It's true. It's small and kwirky and a pleasant trip down memory lane some memories of which I'd forgotten around old lures, brands and vintage contraptions like the kero-blow torches and fishing buoys. The owner is a top bloke and talks a good yarn. Top place.
As Christmas was approaching, the shark outside the store was adorned with Christmas decorations. It's a shop cherished by the locals. Highly recommended!
It’s a treasure trove wonderland in there! I dare say there’s a little something for everyone. I was so happy to have stumbled upon this place, was a pleasure explore & to meet the owners as they’re such genuine folks & they’ve created something really unique n special. Fair warning, it’s the kind of place that might give you the urge to just throw your money at them (Figuratively!!!). Drop on in, you won’t regret it! (NB. I hadn’t been there or met these folk before I dropped in the other day. So it’s not a bogus old friend of the family review…I really was just delighted and thought I’d share my experience in addition to just leaving the ‘star rating’. )
Love going to The Shed. Staff are so very friendly and chatty. Have interesting fishing stock and antique vintage products. They have the most amazing salt water fish tanks with the coolest fish in them. E.g. flathead, lion fish, stone fish, stripeys, moray eels. Awesome to watch. Shop is small with lots of stock.
The owners are so friendly and funny! You can see a lot of fishes like an aquarium. I love this cute shop and will definitely come back 😊
