My first time at the Salvation Army North Rockhampton was for my stepmother's funeral service in November 2022, then in early September 2023 my family and I lost my beloved father. I can not thank Major Peter and all the beautiful people who helped my family through the worst year of our life, Major Peter and everyone involved in both services treated our family with kindness, compassion and genuine caring for our well-being from the time they met my father and stepmother, who were both uniformed Salvation Army Soldiers, and still even now are keeping in contact with our family to offer any assistance to help us mourn the loss of our family. If anyone who reads this needs help in any way please reach out to the Salvation Army where there is a range of people to help and let you know you are not alone, you are loved and you don't have to suffer in silence, you do not have to suffer at all, there is help there just take the first step and they will walk with you the rest of the way.

Love this church! My place of worship every Sunday. Mainly music is awesome on Mondays and the bridge program on Tuesday nights helps those in recovery.

Nice lovely and caring people work here who try to help in aynway available to them, at Park Street, not far from Stocklands. they provide Christmas hampers for the needy but need to get in early to be among them.
