I was somewhat intrigued by what to expect stepping into this book shop given some of the previous Google comments/reviews. As a 2nd hand book shop the place is amazing and is stacked to the hilt with an excellent range of books. But what really stood out was the assistance I received from what I assume to be the owner. She was super knowledgeable on books in general but more so about what she currently held in stock and where to find it. She even gave some great recommendations on other books that I might enjoy and I will definitely head back with a more extensive list of the books I am currently searching for. What I encountered was someone who was very passionate and knowledgeable about books and the importance of reading in this age of superfluous digital distractions - these places need to be supported and treasured! We are all capable of having the odd bad day - it's part of the human condition. My experience at the Little Red Bookshop was nothing but positive.

Excellent bookshop, always find something when I visit ... I dont find the lady there to be rude or anything negative, everyone is different and you have to understand that maybe she is either busy or just not as personable as you like, she is also extremely helpful
