I had visited this shop a couple of years ago and found it to be very good with delightful staff. On my recent visit, I still found the shop to be well stocked, nicely arranged, clean and with a good variety of items. However I had an unpleasantly odd interaction with a staff member. I asked to purchase a tea towel that was hanging on the wall. It had a price tag attached and was not 'display only'. I was told that while it was for sale it had only just been put up on the wall and that she wasn't going to get it down because it was up there for people to enjoy. The shop assistant was quite curt and aggressive. And I left with a bad taste in my mouth. It's a peculiar decision for an op shop to refuse to sell something that is for sale...
