What an amazing op shop this is. I love op shopping , but this one has a special atmosphere about it. Janet who guided ud there through her fantastic directions Thankyou. To the staff on the day were so friendly and made you feel most welcome. We did not leave empty handed either. A few lovely things are going home to Victoria with us. Thanks again St Marys Op shop. We will come again on our next visit to Tasmania.
One of the best Op Shops in Tasmania, and believe me I have seen most of them by touring Tasmania since 2016 with an expert Op Shopping friend. Good range of clothes, household supplies, bric a brac. Very friendly helpful people. Loved it!

What a gem of an Opp Shop this one is. Gorgeous staff very helpful great range of clothing, bedding, homewares, craft, accessories and more. A must stop if in St Mary’s ❤️
We drove from Bicheno to St Marys via the winding Elephant Pass road. As an inexperienced driver, it was honestly a little scary at times—but when we arrived at the op shop, we agreed the drive was absolutely worth it. (Find an alternative route if u going to st Mary) We were warmly welcomed by friendly, chatty staff who shared that the shop used to be a kindergarten, which added so much charm to the experience. The items here are incredible value—everything is thoughtfully curated. The founder previously ran multiple op shops in the UK, and you can really see the influence in the quality and variety. I planned to buy just one item but walked out with 10! Collectibles start from $3.50, clothes and accessories from $4, and I even found a leather jacket for just $4. If you love thrifting, this is a must-visit spot in Tasmania.
