Absolutely lovely shop and the staff there are even better, so kind and thoughtful. Will definitely be back and highly recommend.
We walked in looking for some used board games and found some great games but then we went to check out and the staff (karens) were so rude. We tapped our card and it asked for a signature and they got so mad at us and they wouldn’t let us buy the games. We had to go to an atm and pay with cash.
Was just in there and left feeling very uncomfortable by one of the staff with short hair on the counter. I know there is a lot of anxiety atm especially for people returning to work, But the way she spoke to the other staff who were doing their job and myself a customer because she left a box in the walk way was not necessary. The tone was rude and has left me not wanting to go back which is a shame scaring away customers and would not surprise me if she scares away the rest of the staff too. Also a nice hello on arriving would be nice not just a sign in ( when I had because u were actually too busy chatting away to her friends to notice)
Such a quant little op/shop full of magical nic nacs at reasonable prices, head on over to Belmont on the shore tucked away next to the Shoe Repair Shop.
Quite a small op shop but had some lovely pieces and the lady we spoke to was such a delight to be around!
