It was ok but alot of the prices were reasonably dear
I had a lovely experience here. Good prices compared to others.
They have paintings covering power boards that they refuse to let you purchase even though there’s other paintings lining the walls all around the place. We had a lady grab the painting for us however they then took it back from our hands saying that we can’t buy it. Is this not a charity shop? If it had display only on it before we tried to buy it then fair play but after giving it to us, you take it back instead of covering it with another less appealing painting. No one cares what painting is covering the powerboard that’s on top of a massive cupboard anyways so why not take the money for the charity the shop exists for? Very odd practices here.
Most of their products don’t have price tags and they have got a rule which is items without price tags aren’t for sale, yet they are putting all those that they say aren’t for sale on the shelves. Also the lady “Vivian on Wednesday the 31st of December at 12pm at the register needs to be quicker or replaced with someone else who can do her job better as there was a queue building up. I was next in the queue but decided to leave my finds and exit, as she and the customer she was serving were being too slow. Also if you are walking it is very hard to find the entrance. A lot needs improvement.
