Overall this store has always been a good shopping experience. Today was the first time I’d been in for a couple of months. There is a new register in the downstairs section. A very cranky grey haired woman was manning this checkout. I picked up a couple of items from a trolley that were priced three days earlier. She said ‘I haven’t put them out yet’ I said that was ok thinking she was simply apologising for them not being on a shelf. I picked out two items which I purchased. They were priced. She continued to ridicule me in front of another customer and then angrily took the trolley behind the register. It had been at the front of register and I thought they were for sale. Which they were. Very odd experience. Very rude employee. Volunteer or not they were horrible. Went to the upstairs cashier and bought a few other items and he was great. There was a queue upstairs I think everyone was avoiding Mrs Crankypants!
Great store, staff are fun, very good at making everyone welcome. Store is the best on CC, clean and great prices
Clothes are well priced but electronics/appliances are outrageously priced. Good selection of clothes, homewares and furniture.
