This opportunity shop is a pleasure to visit. The current manager Sapna is a most well-presented and friendly lady who demonstrates a genuine desire to present this shop in a manner that generates a sense of excitement and anticipation for buyers with varied and unusual interests. The shop is neat and tidy, and invariably portrays staff members working diligently to ensure necessary item turnover, variety of stock and excellent presentation. In these times where customer service, friendliness and professionalism are becoming more difficult to experience, the Salvos Mount Waverley is a ‘breath of fresh air’ for the shopper desiring a browse with attendant anticipation of a great bargain!

I had a lovely experience today shopping at Salvos Mt Waverley. Thank you Sue and Sapna for your warm and fun energy! For the previous comments on pricing: i think it's very reasonable it's a charity but they still need to pay for staff etc. It's still a fraction of what you might pay for retail.
