My favourite op shop. Reasonable prices, high turnover of items and great staff.
Went in to Salvation Army op shop today and purchased three piece wardrobe and bedside cabinet. Lou Lou is a lady that we had not met before and she was amazing. We are elderly people and she went out of her way to help get everything to our vehicle over three trips. She couldn’t have done any more to help us. We would give her more than five stars if we could. She would be an asset to any employer. We usually see Colleen who has always been such a pleasure to deal with. Keep up the good work by having these staff there.
There’s a guy working there that always rips the tags off items the moment you buy them. I struggled to return 2 items last time because of that - another worker had to talk to the manager. Today I bought something again and he ripped the tag off again. I don’t know why, maybe he thinks that $5 or $10 is not worth returning 🤷🏻♀️
