Unfortunately I have to score low as I have always enjoying browsing, shopping and donating here, but the last time I went my son was yelled at and accused of shoplifting, when all he was doing was picking up and moving a box for me so I could put down more items we were donating. He was very upset over the whole misunderstanding. I did email head office but never heard back.
Lovely and helpful staff. Well organised shop. Fair prices for a Thrift shop, compared to others in the area. Stocks a good range of clothing, household goods, art books, linen etc and occasionally furniture and some new products that must have been donated by retail stores.
Nice store with items well laid out by size and style. Lots of household items available for purchase also. The change rooms are clean and tidy with unwanted items left on a rack outside if you don’t want to purchase them. Left with three tops in great condition. All items are reasonably priced.
Fantastic experience. Products were clean and so cheap. I purchased so many toys for my baby. I did get overcharged for the books though. They were labelled 50c each but I got charged $1 per book... I didn't notice until I checked the receipt later. When closing, the staff were super nice about it. The staff were pretty friendly.
Love this store. Big and open, well appointed and spacious, clean and tidy. Loads of DVDs. Rob is very friendly and helpful. Could spend hours looking. Wish I was in Dubbo long enough to volunteer here.
