I had a great customer service. Brought 2 items in Leopard Print. And the gentleman was very accomadating
I recently purchased my wedding dress from Salvos Chelsea online and could not fault the service. I paid Sunday evening for standard postage, and it arrived incredibly well packed first thing Wednesday morning with a beautiful handwritten note from Josh. Thank you 🙏🏻
Lovely friendly staff (the two fellas on the desk), nice big spacious store with plenty of space between the racks, clean and tidy. Prices are not bad for most items, change rooms are clean and not too badly in size.
Was served by a lovely kind gentlemen named Josh. He was very patient as I had quite a few questions about certain things. Overall, a nice, clean and well-maintained store, and I am happy to know that there are employees like Josh that work there.
This review is particularly for Josh who sent the handwritten note with my $17.50 unworn David Lawrence trousers. Thank you so much! I really appreciate that some Salvos stores take the time to do this - I recently purchased from Lifeline Northern Beaches & did not have a good experience so back to the wonderful Salvos for me 😀
