Great prices compared to the surrounding op shops, friendly and helpful service from some lovely ladies, offering a range of clothing and homewares for awesome value.
A really great Salvos store with very helpful manager and lovely volunteer staff. Lots of good quality clothing, books, homewares and bric-/brac that are all well displayed and reasonably priced. Highly recommend this excellent op shop!
Hidden gem for quality finds and fair prices. This is hands down my favourite op shop. The store is always tidy and well-organised, with a great mix of clothes, homewares, books, and the occasional vintage treasure. Staff are friendly and welcoming, and there’s always something new to discover. Love supporting a place that gives back and keeps secondhand shopping affordable and fun!
Honestly, the best opp shop I’ve ever been to. The ladies working there are beyond lovely and helpful, the best of the best, and the deals are incredible. I walked out with two pair or paints for my husband, 4 books, and an armload of kids clothes and only spent $20. My new favourite little store.
🛍️ Salvos Store Cessnock located on Vincent Street is a spacious, well appointed ‘opp’ which is a delight, to visit with huge range of quality clothing, books, decorations & small items of furniture. 🛍️ As you enter through the ‘boutique’ that offers more high end retail then on to ‘regular’ items, that have weekly discounts there is so much to rummage through to find a special something. 🛍️ As a regular here, at this location, ALL of the team are genuinely lovely, from the customer service, to the way they take pride to present the store, and the treasure trove it has to offer is really noticeable. 🛍️ A special mention to the creative license with the displays, next level, carefully curated by Store Manager (Erin) who loans personal treasured wares for full effect, no wonder there ‘display only’.
