A little slice of Sydney road, right here in Warrnambool - Yes please! I’ve shopped at this op shop for as long as I can remember. I’ve always enjoyed the range, but found the staff/volunteers to be a bit intimidating. Now you go in and it is clear that everyone treats each other with respect and there seems to be a fresh team, with the exception of a couple of older friendly faces. I don’t know how, but the quality of the stuff available has also definitely improved and feels a touch curated, in a good way. Not sifting through pilled, stretched and ruined clothes is a relief. There’s also still reasonable value which is fast disappearing in the world of Depop resellers and market stall stockists. I feel glad as we are a long way from what I feel to be the most genuine op shop experience in Brunswick.

While donating goods, I was pleasantly surprised to see the change and how much work has gone into making the space a nicer experience to visit. It was clean, no old smell, neat and tidy with plenty of space between the racks. Everything in the store was good quality and well priced. Well done to the staff and volunteers for your hard work.

Great op shop, quite large, with set prices for items (eg. All dresses $4, adult books $2, etc.) The staff I encountered were friendly, one said hello as I was browsing and one went over to the counter to serve me, despite there only being me and one other person in the queue. I’m in town for a few days on holidays, but if I lived closer, would totally come back.
