Great customer service. Volunteers spending their own time to help out for free is a gift. Those who reviewednwith negativity is a shame. Bcoz at the end of the day as a customer we need to respect that each store has their own rules and policies and space whether they can fit a huge tree 🌲 or not? They weren't being rude at all. Just following rules of store space. It's a very busy store and lots and lots of people go there and dump their stuff here and often have seen its chick a block and no space. I never had a problem with the volunteers there. Great job to he volunteers and thank you for your time and efforts. Keep up the great work. And have a lovely 2026 Easter to you all now! Be safe and well now!!
As a local, I have been shopping here for years and years. I absolutely love the staff and have a good repore with them. I can't complain about anything.
Note for donations to save you time. They will accept maximum of donation of 3 bags of clothes. Ensure there is absolutely no defect in the donations as they cannot accept them. For example if there are any lint or dirt on the clothes they cannot accept them. The maintain a high standard.
