I love this place. I got some good shoes and lovely dresses over time. Genuine Crocs, genuine leather sandals and loafers! I recently got a blazer/coat that is wool blend that fit my petite frame. As for the service, I don't always make eye contact as I'd rather shop than engage. Update: I've edited my recent review as I just went recently and the staff forgot to put all items I bought in the bag. It was a top and skirt for one price. And I only had the skirt. I only discovered this when I got home. I went back and the lady there readily denied without even checking if it was at the counter or put back on the racks. It's the Asian lady that works there. She was so confident to say that she put it in the bag. Well, it's nowhere to be found. I'm gonna donate the skirt back to them. I love to donate but just not forced to donate. Iv never had this experience where it was an incomplete purchase. I mean, why? So frustrating. She was eating behind the counter and maybe she was in a rush to do my transaction. But just because they are volunteers, it does not mean the service should be sub standard. Disappointing.

The tidy and well-organized environment, coupled with the genuinely friendly and helpful team, made for an exceptional visit. Items are In pretty neat condition and definitely reasonable prices. In particular, I would like to mention Sunny, the person at the till, he is polite, helpful with a welcoming smile.

Feeling like i really wanted to get a new duvet cover, but not able to pay the $70 for a new one at briscoes when it's already discounted by 70%, i went in and found just what i wanted - a beautiful king size duvet and pillow cases for $10. So Thankful! Plus the staff were really helpful even though it was just on closing time.
