came in wanting cowboy boots, guess what i left with? cowboy boots!!!! the staff were super nice and friendly, and let me make a mess all over the floor. a very kind homie (sorry i don’t know your name but you were awesome) picked out boots that matched my size, and lord behold, only one pair fit my foot snugly, so that was the one i ended up getting i also requested that they don’t turn my feet into frankenstein after standing up for the whole day at a music festival, and they delivered. was able to see the one and only role model with minimum pain in my feet 🙏

I had an exceptional service experience (and I rarely review). Over the phone advice on shirt sizing was patient and clear and sealed the deal. Upon purchasing online, the item was packed and sent nearly instantly...arriving in less than 24 hours!? Refreshingly knowledgeable. Unbelievably fast! Great job everyone
