Well first off the parking can be from good to bad, depending on where in there multi-tiered car park you are, let alone trying to get from your car to the main doors without having to the multitude of cars going in or out. The Warehouse it's self is quite big and well stocked though it does take a while to navigate the narrow isles or to find staff that can help locate the items you originally went in for. The staff I have had the pleasure of interacting with have been helpful, and have gone out of there way to find any items I couldn't find myself (more staff needed). That just leaves the checkouts, they need more, and even some self-checkouts as the queues can be quite long during peak periods.

Went to the Warehouse today and they didn't have enough staff on the registers and had to wait quite a while. So we got the few things we wanted and came home and I planned an order online for a few things I had to measure at home, there were heaps of the item left in the store and later today I got an email telling me that my order was delayed, so I called the store and a lady told me that she was only covering a break and took my name and number and my order number and told me that she would get her to call me back. I called the store at 5.58pm and still haven't received a call. No wonder they are struggling. Try to improve your customer service and if someone is meant to call a customer back please do it, we give you our money, so please give us a little better service.

There staffs are really good. They help to find out everything with smile. I brought some kitchen staffs. They got collections of garden products too. I like their garden site very. Everything you will get from the garden side with beautiful arrangements. They have hips of car parking for there customers. The Wearhouse got car charging point for cars who need to charge there car. It’s very helpful for them who are using rechargeable car.
