It is a good size shop got lots of good quality items, nice & light shop space to look around great team of people very happy to recommend 🙏
A very well-run shop thanks to Gail, the manager, with her gentle and thoughtful personality. The Red Cross are very lucky to have her. A big store with wide range of goods and generally lower prices than some of the others. Just read the review from JJ Erent. Wow! That is a very big personal attack. Totally inaccurate from my years of observations. I can only presume this stems from the reviewer’s perception of the world in general. Whatever perceived slight that led to this review was probably best questioned in store at the time or via email.
The staff and things are great apart from the manager Gale who We assume is quite racist towards people of different color /ethnicity. We Always go there and We observe she’s always friendly towards white people but not with other ethnicity. Boo! Apart from that, the other staff are great. Hopefully the Red Cross head office will either replace her or get her some proper customer service courses to improve her dealings with other race. Boo!
Very clean cut looking store. Not your typical op shop in that respect. Will have good sales from time to time, and you can pick up some amazing bargains when that happens.
