Cool concept but could be much better. As a shopper it does take a while to have a look around and I do understand why to some extent. Each cubicle is a different person's items they are selling so I understand that there is going to be a mix of items around and it's not going to be like, mens on the right and women's on the left, however each cubicle good be much nicer displayed. First of all often times there are mens, women's and children's in one cubicle all mixed up. They could be at least separated within the cubicle. Second you could have simple small signage above each cubicle labeling what is in there. Like Mens Size Large/XL, Womens Small/10 or just women's, children's. This just helps make the store more shoppers friendly so that more eyes can get on more items in a shorter amount of time and directing the shopper to what they are probably after. As well many of the items were not properly hung up and the stalls look unorganized. I have been in this store three times now and everytime the lady is just at the front on her phone. Some more care could be put into making the stalls look nice and more inviting. I have never rented out a stall but based on my shopping experiences I wouldn't. It also seems expensive for what it is. Never seems busy in there at all either. Will no longer be stopping in.
Lovely polite staff, really enjoyed looking around all the different racks and mannequins well set up and a very cool idea if you're looking to sell some of your clothing 100% recommend.
Just happened to stumble by store while in Hamilton on the weekend. Dealt with a very pleasant Staff member on the Sunday (apologies did not get name) Spoke to Stella on Monday which lead to me Renting a Stall & coming back down to set up on the Thursday. Stella was amazing during the process, managed to get set up easily & a Prime Stall right be the counter (STALL 3) which made me feel a lot more comfortable with the Items I have. 3 Days in & 10 items already SOLD. Looks like regular trips to restock. Thanks again TEAM JON SNEAKERS & THREADS
