great assortment higher priced then other op shops
It's a good OPP Shop with friendly, helpful staff, however in winter it can feel like a freezer in there. Recently it was so cold, my friends and i had to leave. Hard conditions for the workers.
Pleace is very good organised and looked after. You will definitely find here whatever you need, from kitchen stuff, picture frames to clothes, toys, books, home articles, and furniture.
I love shopping here, generally staff friendly however I recall on my first shop there I was unfamiliar with the coloured sticker price system and nicely enquired how much an item was as I could not locate a sign explaining what price the various different coloured stickers were etc. I searched the front of the store no signs at all but when I asked I was rudely told by the staff member to read the sign that was attached to the clothes section which is nowhere near the front of the store. I was put off by this staff member however others have been friendly and I have found some great bargains, I won't let one person having a bad day ruin my experience, working in customer service myself I know how to talk to customers with respect. Hopefully this volunteer reads this and can improve her communication skills in customer service.
