I'm so disappointed to say the least. I took some items in to sell to them and I donated a cot mattress. they offered me $6 for hundreds of dollars worth of items in great condition, some brand new. I stupidly agreed because they were busy and I didnt want to hold people up. I didnt get to see what items they selected properly it was a glance from over the counter while in a bag. I walked to my car and straight back in (within a few minutes) to just take back a few pairs of my babies shoes as I regretted it instantly and felt sick to my stomach. I was told it was store policy and refused my items back. that I forfeited my rights to ownership. I didnt read this anywhere. I can understand coming back the next day but I literally walked out and back in. I offered to give more then the $6 and they could keep the rest and she flat out refused. I was told I can buy them back at full sale price when she puts them out but she wouldn't even sell them back to me while I was there. alot of the items in store are almost the price you pay brand new. This is place is a joke. its criminal! I'm so upset with myself. for a family owned and run business this request of mine shouldn't have been rejected or denied especially considering what I had given them already. they were still winning.

Great store! Some products have a great deal however others are overpriced.

This place is a joke, brought in a 70L container overflowing with clothes most of which were bonds, seed, love to dream ect also a brand new car mirror in the box, as well as various other new items. I was told the whole thing was worth $22 are you joking? Meanwhile there selling ratty ergo pouches for $35 when you can buy them new for $40 this place is an absolute ripoff and it is clearly extorting people’s generosity by paying next to nothing, less then 20c per clothing item and then on selling them for close to new prices.

I hope that anyone who shops here pauses for a moment to consider where these items truly come from. The products in this store do not originate from the business itself, they come from mothers and families who once carefully chose these items for their own children, often with significant care, expense, and love. When children outgrow these belongings, many families bring them here with generosity, hoping to pass that care on to other parents and children. There is an unspoken trust in that act, that the items, and the goodwill behind them, will be treated with respect and fairness. Based on my experience, that respect was not reflected in how contributing mothers were treated. The vast majority of items in this store appear to come from other families, yet those families are often offered extremely low amounts, or nothing at all, when handing their items over. These same items are later sold at prices that bear little relationship to how they were obtained. While buyers may feel pleased to find something more affordable than buying new, it is worth considering the full picture. These are second-hand items acquired through the generosity of other mothers, sometimes for almost nothing, sometimes freely given, yet resold without meaningful recognition of the trust and sacrifice involved. The benefit flows in only one direction. What is particularly troubling is not just the pricing, but the attitude shown toward the families who contribute. Items that once represented care, time, and financial effort are treated as disposable inputs, while the people who brought them in are met with dismissiveness rather than appreciation. This undermines the very idea of a community-based, mother-to-mother exchange. Even so, I hope those responsible are willing to confront their own conduct, acknowledge the harm caused, and make meaningful changes, rather than continuing to benefit from practices that erode trust and goodwill within the community.

Used to go here with my first. Popped in recently and am shocked with the pricing! It’s cheaper buying items brand new 🙈🙈 Bonds onsies for $24.95 🙈 I would love to support the business as it’s definitely more sustainable buying second hands kids clothing. But pricing is ridiculous .
