I really searched my heart to give this two stars, mainly because of the cause it supports. Unfortunately, the experience as an actual customer was pretty dismal. From the moment I walked in, it felt like customers didn’t exist — or worse, that we were a burden. I was repeatedly told to get out of the way, as if simply browsing was an inconvenience. The atmosphere felt very cliquey and unwelcoming. I left genuinely confused over a motorcycle jacket labelled “vintage – zip needs replacing.” It wasn’t vintage, and it definitely needed far more than a zip replacement — honestly, it belonged at the tip. Yes, the shop was busy, but that didn’t translate into good customer service. Customers seemed to be treated more like obstacles than assets. I really wanted this shop to perform better, especially given the importance of hospice support, but sadly the experience fell well short.
Beautiful store with great quality finds. Not filled with junk. Also, the free section outside the store had some really great items we picked up too.
Decent enough, they've got a nice little store there in the old fire station, usually have a good selection of stuff, but man. Some of your old ladies there need to have a Coke and a smile or something, because their disposition absolutely suck. For example, it tends not to argue over the price of something with a customer when that customer is reading directly off a sign next to you.
