I couldn’t be happier with our experience with Little Duck Pre Loved! We ordered two $200 mystery bundles, one for a size 4 boy and one for a size 8 girl, and they were both incredible. The quality of the clothing was fantastic, and we received beautiful brands including Ralph Lauren, Huxbaby and Country Road, along with so many other gorgeous pieces. Everything was in excellent condition, and it was clear that a lot of care had gone into selecting and putting together my kids’ bundles. I love the mystery bundle option if you can’t make it into the store. It’s such a great option! We’ll definitely be back. Thank you for putting together such thoughtful bundles!

I'd highly recommend Little Duck Preloved for both buying and selling! My toddler grows through clothes so quickly, and I love that I can buy beautiful preloved clothing for a fraction of the cost it would be new! I recently rented an all inclusive rack, and the whole process was seamless - all I had to do was drop off the clothes. I also loved watching the real-time profits on Zellr!

I recently purchased a $200 mystery bundle and received 6 items, all with noticeable imperfections including staining, fading, pilling and damage. This did not meet expectations for a curated bundle. The business has a strong presence on Instagram showcasing high quality preloved children’s clothing at affordable prices, however the bundle I received fell well short of that standard and value. Although it is mentioned on their website that mystery bundles can have longer turnaround times, at the time of purchase there was no clear returns/refunds policy and no indication that items could be in lower condition tiers. The issue was resolved with a full refund after return, however the overall experience fell well short of what was expected.

Updated - April 2026: I have just completed my second all inclusive rack rental at Little Duck and I could not have been more impressed with the help of Lauren and the team. During the rental period I was able to sell a number of my daughters outgrown items, whilst also sourcing items for her in the next size up. There are so many hidden gems for sale which are in excellent condition and at a fraction of the price. Well worth a look in store on online via Instagram. Looking forward to working with the team again soon for my next rental rack! October 2025: A fantastic place to sell and source great quality childrens clothes. The Little Duck team are incredible to work with when hiring a rack to sell your items. In terms of purchasing, you never know what little gems you'll find in store - definitely worth a visit!

I’ve bought so many beautiful outfits here, and recently did a half rack - I made far more than I expected, especially from pieces I would have otherwise given away. If you’re thinking about doing a rack, definitely go for it - you won’t regret it.
