The fit-out and aesthetic of this new location is beautiful, and the staff do a fabulous job curating the window displays so that I am always enticed in! They have a great range of clothing, accessories, and homewares that you can tell have been carefully chosen and are excellent quality and in great condition. Sometimes op-shopping can be intimidating and overwhelming to people and I would say that this store avoids those issues by being so well managed so that even a novice will be able to find some treasures. Finally, Lifeline is probably one of the most important charities around, working hard to lift the stigma surrounding an issue that affects so many in this country, and providing counselling and group support for people who may feel they have nowhere else to turn. Support your local op-shops with the knowledge that your money is going back into services that improve the community.

The Lifeline store in Mosman is amazing. The window dressing is particularly good. Letting passersby know what is available and the quality of the clothes they have selected to sell. Inside the store everything is laid out clearly and great accessibility.

It’s always enjoyable to visit this Lifeline shop in Mosman. The clothes are varied and of good quality names, the staff are friendly and helpful. It’s very hard to walk by their fantastic window displays. A must visit.

Had a fantastic experience in the new shop. Very spacious and organised into different areas. Took some items in and picked up a few bits too. Highly recommend. Friendly helpful staff.

I really don’t like to ever leave bad reviews but the prices at this Lifeline are shocking! Just a small example, I saw some cheap Christmas tree balls (similar to what you can get at Kmart for $2 for 10, for $6.00 for one!). The prices at this place, although it does go to a good cause, are completely out of touch. This is not a knock to the staff who do a lovely job curating everything, which must take considerable time, effort, and skill - but if you are looking for affordable finds, I would give this one a miss.

These are the most recent reviews people left on Google Maps, shown as written. One-star reviews aren’t shown here, so the rating above — which is Google’s, across every review — can be lower than these suggest.
