Great stuff, but overpricing assumed quality items. They need to know the brands and the worth because I am seeing shein items being priced more that what they sell for often and then expensive brands being taken advantage of the brand name (docs). One item that had tag still on was honey birdette was underpriced from $230 down to $32I assume because its lingerie or unrecognised as quality being so. I am a very observant regular so you can trust this review is mostly factual other than my personal opinion... It's a charity and they are pricing to high, they need to understand there customers. Yes I understand some homeless come in and push them into a defense mode due to abusive behaviours or asking for free stuff willfully rather than willingly. The staff I noticed are now treating basic civilians as if they are doing wrong out of survival mode. I find the staff extremely defensive and a lack of understanding of not only the clothes but the people. For good reason, sometimes yes. But please don't treat people like crap before you know them. I felt extremely taunted and spoken down too multiple times, one for questioning the price and just in the general customer experience. I have known a fair amount of people that have had a similiar experience which the pricing and one of which had a lady recently demand she purchase her items before trying them on whilst ripping the items from her hands after she insisted she wants to try them on. Luckily that customer was nice enough to recognise they were overwhelmed with there experience as a worker overall. The worker gave extra stamps in return for her assumptions and behaviour. Overall I think staff could improve their modesty towards individual consumers. Treat it like a charity and be more reasonable with prices. Treat people with empathy unless you need to do otherwise and redirect a conflict to security or provide panflets for were rhey CAN get help in the area if they are in need, life direct them to the community centre, MHS, or lifeline numbers etc, educate on crisis support. People may assume they can lean on this service but just not understand they are probably not in the right building.

Thank you to Narelle and the lovely ladies that are so helpful, kind and supportive of every guest that enters the store. I have been a huge fan of this Op shop for 5 years now and keep coming back. The store is immaculate, clean, beautifully air conditioned for those warm days, and every category of clothing and accessories are placed accordingly in position. Very user friendly. Love every purchase and I cannot wait to return.

Staff are very lovely. The vibe is friendly and kind. I picked up a cute jacket for my son and a nice pair of pants for myself. Great stock, shop was very organised and clean. Five star service.
