Good little op shop friendly staff the shop is always clean and nicely displayed.. Only complaints prices are a bit ridiculous $25 for a mans t-shirt with oil stains, $3 for DVDs and a majority of them scratched, $10 for a plastic container $450 for a set of draws (tallboy). The prices deffantly need a overhaul as can get most items cheaper at kmart. Op shops used to be a good little place for people who couldnt afford most things and to get a good bargain but now seems like Op shops are work more than brand new items from a kmart store.
Each time I’ve visited Fernvale Lifeline, I have been met with friendly staff/volunteers. Exceptional customer service and friendly smiles. The staff member Kerry usually serving at the front counter has always been very approachable & respectful. Keep up the good work in the Fernvale community! 🙂
Good variety and sometimes one can find some really good treasures at this op shop. The staff is helpful and kind. Only complaint is the prices are dearer than most other op shops and sometimes it doesn’t reflect the value of the actual product being sold. For example, I have sometimes bought something from this op shop, only to later find the same thing, new and cheaper or at the same price at a shop like Kmart. This has not happened all the time but enough that I lately choose not to shop here for that reason. I rather travel a bit further for fairer prices. I get it’s charity but it is second hand, you can’t charge high prices for second hand things when you can get these same things cheaper and in new condition at the shops. You will lose clientele this way. Overall, the shop is ran by very nice ladies, the merch is usually good and I’m happy to visit once in a while and donate. Sadly, it is not my go to op shop anymore.
Great Quality Superstore Open on Sundays!! This is a great clean vibrant opshop to explore after going to the Fernvale Markets on a Sunday. It has the usual range of new lines and has mostly mainstream stock. Some great collectors items at high end prices not suitable for on selling. Missing the art of the hunt for artists and collectors as its very well organised and clean. The homewares and clothing stock is great, the second hand furniture is limited and overpriced but the new mattresses and beds are great value. Best of all the Sunday woman behind the counter is friendly, approachable and offers the most wonderful service so you'll enjoy your shopping experience.
